Farm Worker’s Day
Farm Workers Day is a day to celebrate and be grateful for all the hard work that farmers do to keep fresh food coming. Vegetables, meat, herbs – the staples of your grocery bag all started out on a farm. Supporting farmers and farm workers is a great way to observe this day – you could choose to fundraise for some of the few farming charities or donate to them yourself.

Arborist Appreciation Day
Arborist Appreciation Day is about taking the time to appreciate all of the important things that arborists do in their work and the sacrifices they make. It’s a dangerous job and the people who dedicate their lives to it often get overlooked because people don’t quite appreciate how risky and how vitally important the job is. There’s more to it than you might assume and Arborist Appreciation Day aims to raise awareness of the importance of these professionals.

Start looking at your processes and seeing where waste can be cut out of them, set yourself a list of things to accomplish and where you think productivity is lacking so you can identify problem areas and start an action plan to solve it.
